Monitor Evaluators are analytical and critical thinkers who evaluate options and make sound judgments. Shapers are dynamic and challenging motivators who drive the team forward and overcome obstacles. Coordinators are confident and calm leaders who clarify goals and delegate tasks. Resource Investigators are outgoing and enthusiastic networkers who explore opportunities and contacts. Plants are creative and innovative thinkers who generate new ideas and solutions.
